3.2 Licensing

Where intellectual property is licensed to Tool-O by Users or third parties, Tool-O will use such intellectual property in accordance with the applicable licence, agreement or legal rights granted.

3.3 User Representations

By uploading or submitting content to the Platform, a User represents and warrants that:

  • they own the relevant intellectual property rights; or
  • they have obtained all necessary permissions, licences or legal

authority to use and upload the content; and

  • the content does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property

rights of any other person.

3.4 AI-Generated Content

Where AI-assisted features are made available through the Platform, Users remain responsible for ensuring that any content submitted, uploaded or used by them complies with applicable intellectual property laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

3.5 Open Source Software

The Platform may incorporate software made available under open source or similar licences.

Such software remains subject to its applicable licence terms, which continue to apply independently of this Policy.

3.6 Feedback

Where a User voluntarily provides suggestions, ideas, recommendations or feedback relating to the Platform, Tool-O may use that feedback without obligation to compensate the User, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

3.7 Reservation of Rights
